What happens after I place my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details. For subscription plans, your deliveries will start on your chosen date.
What are the delivery timings?
Deliveries are available on your selected days. You can choose a specific time slot at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference.
How do delivery charges work?
Delivery within a 6-mile radius is free. Beyond that, there’s a $1 charge for every extra mile.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but you need to inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery by contacting customer support.
Can I cancel or reschedule my order?
Cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours before your delivery. Any changes after this window will not be accepted, and the meal will be charged.
Can I choose specific dishes for my meals?
You won’t be able to select individual dishes, as we offer a pre-set monthly menu. However, you can choose the specific days you’d like your meals delivered based on the available menu for that day.
Will the food be delivered hot?
The food is freshly prepared and delivered warm. Depending on your location, you may need to reheat it slightly.
Are the containers microwave-safe?
Yes, our containers are microwave-safe. Please remove any lids before reheating.
Can I order meals for multiple days at once?
Yes, our subscription plans allow you to schedule deliveries for 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week.
How does the one-time meal box work?
With the one-time meal box, you can order two meals on a day of your choice without any commitment to a subscription.
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please let us know your dietary restrictions at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime directly through our website. Simply log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions.
